There are no hidden costs.
What's the difference between the tiers above R995?
The R1,295 Achiever tier unlocks an 80% split, R1,495 Elite unlocks a 90% split, and R4,995 Independence unlocks a 100% split. Each premium tier includes everything in the tier below it, plus progressively more commission retention and premium support.
Are there any franchise or desk fees?
No. ICON charges a single flat monthly fee per tier — no franchise fees, no desk fees, and no surprise deductions. Everything you need to sell is included.
Can I change my split tier later?
Yes. As your deal volume and career stage change, you can move between tiers. Our team will help you assess which split maximises your take-home pay.
